Install without connecting to Internet Hi,
I was wanting to install OneCare using the CD. Due to a problem with my
broadband I could not connect to the internet. However, it seems that it can
only continue if you are connected.
This seems like a security issue as it would mean I have to be connected
with no protection until OneCare finishes it's installation leaving a time
when the machine will be vulnerable.
Is this right ? Is there a way to install without being connected ?
I appreciate that I will not have the latest updates but surely better to be
a bit secure than not secure at all.
