You must be connected to install OneCare. The Windows firewall will protect you
from inbound threats. You should not browse the Internet or check emails, etc.,
while downloading and installing OneCare to minimize the chance that you will
allow a threat to become active by opening an infected message or by browsing an
infected web site.
