ABS

HI, and Happy New year...My daughter said that her Windows Live Messenger
account was working...BUT....It isn't working now...All it will do is sit
there and spin...and then the "NOT RESPONDING" will come up. It hoses my PC,
and everything is hosed until I can get WLM to quit.

It works fine when I use my account...but, not hers? I have already
re-installed Messenger software, but same thing. Is there a connection
between her hotmail and WLM? We are using 2008 v. build 8.5.1302.1018. Why
will it work OK with my hotmail account and not hers? My other daughter's
account is also working fine on my PC. I am running Windows XP w/sp2.

Any hints, clues?
