Messenger and Family Safety, Signing In error
I am getting the same error code. If my hotmail account is already set up to
be a windows live account ID, then why can't I use my old hotmail address to
log into Windows Live Messenger? If so, how do I export my contacts from my
hotmail address and import them into my Windows Live address
