> I had the same familiar error message 'windows explorer has stopped working' The cure to the problem on my pc was to uninstall the software 'phone tools' by BVRP. I installed this program so i could link my Motorola RAZR via bluetooth with my pc. Unfortunatley the software didn't work so well with Vista. After reading this post on how it was a bluetooth file that was causing someone elses problem I decided to uninstall phone tools as it was the only software i had recently installed that had any association with bluetooth wireless. Sure enough the error messages have never come back since the uninstall. I hope this helps some of you out because I know how frustrating it has been trying to solve this. |
