Re: What a Mistake!

Hello,

I know vista is super duper frustrating and the losers in here who tell you
its your fault are stupid.

Now let me try to help you with the problems

1) Indeed this is done on purpose to discourage people from copying music..
very stupid thing..
but here is how you fix it
http://www.downloadsquad.com/2007/01...ding-in-vista/

3) I suggest you dual boot with XP until the world struggles enough to get
in pace with vista, vista changed things with no good reason causing chaos
in peoples lives.. you have every right to complain.

4) right click on the windows update icon in the start menu and select run
as administrator

5) download firefox and give it a spin www.getfirefox.com its ALWAYS a good
idea to have 2 browsers in case something strange appears in one of them,
you try the other.

I dont think you should get rid of Vista yet, what would be best would be to
dual boot with XP and Vista on the same machine, OR you could install XP in
a free virtual machine like microsofts virtual PC to run programs in there
(but they will be slower)

If you need asistance.. I will try to guide you on how to dual boot...
I understand your frustration with vista.. I see it in the faces of hundreds
of people I help

You are not alone.. btw SP1 for vista is only a few weeks away.. it may
resolve some of your problems

tell me if this helps
