Are you composing the email in Windows Mail or Windows Live Mail? Or
Outlook Express (in WinXP)? Or are you using your browser and the web-based
interface? The answer depends on facts that you haven't yet told us.
I use WLM, and the Compose window behaves very much like OE6 did.
