RE: Windows Mail - Pasting Animated GIF Emoticons, Please, Help

Thanks to Mr. Gary VanderMolen, I now know that all I had to do was go to my
Windows Mail, click on Tools (at the top), Options, Security tab, and uncheck
the 'Do not allow attachments..." and uncheck the "Block images..." buttons.
