Have gone 'round and 'round with HP "*Total Care*" on this issue, with
them continually insisting that I have stated that the machine dosen't
print on both sides.....they don't read! The latest response from them
is that the 7310 duplex head to toe problem "a known issue with Vista"
and (again) they lay the fix on Microsoft's door, suggesting that I
await Vista's SP-1 for resolvement. Other statements from them
indicated that their crack advanced tech group was hard at work on the
fix...that was last September
(07). Like others, it performed properly in XP....so it goes. I though
sending e-mails to them four times a month would stir 'em into
action...but...alas...
it has not worked.
