Maybe I am alone but I like having the confirmation for shutdown/restart
after I click shutdown from the start menu. Invariably people doing tech
support who are thinking five steps ahead sometimes make the wrong choice
and the old way - on XP - asked us to confirm the shutdown by asking you if
you wanted to shutdown or restart. I miss this stupid feature!

I also miss being able to press Ctrl+Esc followed by the letter "u" to get
to the shutdown/restart dialog box. I suppose there are all new keyboard
shortcuts for this...
