Thank you for your help but I tried to install that and it tells me c:users mary desktop vistacodecs_v458.exe is not a valid win32 application I don't know maybe I'm doing it wrong. What forum should I be going to? Everytime I type into google and ask for help this is the one I keep going to. I really do appreciate your help though as this thing is really starting to drive me crazy. Mary
