I may have phrased my question incorrectly. After researching MUI, I think I
did. I'm not looking to install a Vista system in Japanese. I just want to
add the IME for Japanese to an existing English Vista installation. In XP,
you would go to control panel/regional and language options. I tried that in
Vista but there were no languages listed. It asks for a file that I don't
have. Where do I get that file?
