yes HP HAS to Provide you support as long as you're copy of windows vista serial pids is valid to them and you signed up for there support with the validation of you're HP computer they have to provide you with one that will work I just spoke to the CEO office here in Canada they said the same thing I have wrote here call there head office in the us/canada and they will be happy to help you make sure you get a supervisor tech higher up Level to help you with as long as you're computer is stil under warranty with HP they have to support it . you might get a call back with one that is Knowliable Microsoft will ask you to go back to HP first for a New Oem hp serial pid # if they don't you're valid one microsft teir 3 team should be aible to the same try HP Techsupport first. |
