Hello,
I had the same problem and I found a possible solution.
I tried it and I didn't face again the same problem until now (the last
3-4 days).
The problem seems to be the wireless mouse and the microsoft "driver"
intellipoint.
I uninstall the software and the problem seems to be solved.

I hope that it's the same problem and that this is the solution for
you, because I can understand the mad situation of the stuck ctrl key.
