my pc is new so I think the powersuply Is good but do you mean that ''converter plug'' is a loose cable to connect the graphic card.

EDIT: I managed to get a new powesuply with that cable.
but once I installed the powersuply my pc didn't start and I connected everything so what did I do wrong?

ps. when I start the pc you see the red light just blink 1 time and thats it.
