Re: Message Rules

I wish there was an answer to this problem. I'm looking for an email client
that allows me to easily set up email filter rules with a minimum number of
clicks. I get hundreds of spam messages from individual email addresses,
and I would like to be able to click on a toolbar icon and add the 'from'
field to a 'ban and delete' rule. What's so hard about that?
As it stands now, the process is:
Click on properties for an email,
Highlight and save *just* the displayed 'from' name, (It frequently gets
confused if one uses the whole line)
Open Tools/Message Rules/Mail, and select a particular rule
Open the rule, paste the 'from' field, click 'add', and OK twice out of
the box
Proceed to next message and repeat.

It's a foolish waste of time and effort. This is something that should be
easy, not a throwback to the olden days.
And I agree with everything 'fewdots' said.
