DL - Thank you for the information. I don't feel confident enough to mess
with the registry. I spoke to someone at Geek Squad after posting this
message and he suggested that my problem is a result of the free 90 trial
Office software that was preloaded on the pc. He suggested that I do a disc
recovery and restore Windows. He said that you never fully uninstall the
eval software. Can you believe that?
