Re: External Hard Drive PROBLEM ~~ Need HELP!

Hi Bob,

How do I gain access? It is a NO show in My Computer and a NO show in
Computer Management (Admin Tools). It is showing in Device Manager, WD Tools
and PC-Doctor. All of which allow me to run tests to verify it is OK,
nothing else.
