The cooler, the better.
Anything above 45 - 50 for the CPU when running under load should be considered bad, and the system temp (sometimes referred to as the chassis internal temp) should be about 10 - 15 degrees less than that.
For best results (for me anyway), your target CPU temp (when idle) should be around 30 - 35 degrees. Build your cooling with that in mind.
