UAC wasn't designed to remember your choice of elevation and if you run programs that require elevation on a daily basis, the prompts can become annoying. There is a setting you can do that will reduce the number elevation prompts : right click on the application you wish to elevate , click on Properties and under the "Compatibility" tab you will see a checkbox with "Run this program as an administrator". This option is not available for administrative tools.
