Using what program? We can't see your computer screen.
In Windows Photo Gallery, select a photo, click on "Print" on the toolbar.
select the 3.5 x 5 in (4) layout on the right.
at the bottom of the window, change the "Copies of each picture" from 1 to 4
click "Print"
