No, there isn't. If you have lost your Office 2003 CD, your only cost-effective solution would be to borrow a friends Office 2003 disk and then re-install using your installation serial number.
But since your post would seem to indicate that you have lost the Office 2003 CD along with the installation serial, you only choice would be to purchase another Office 2003 CD, or to upgrade to Office 2007.
