Have you tested this? I didn't see that behavior. I am seeing identical
behavior for both
http://64.210.192.67 and
http://www.nbc.com.
In Firefox both of these render the page, in IE neither of these work at
all. Internet Explorer cannot display the web page.
Here's what happens in a VB program which I whipped up with an embedded
browser control to see what happens when browsing to nbc.com. Is it the
cross-site access to weatherplus.com which is perhaps throwing IE into a
panic?
