Thanks for that great information! The issue you are seeing, Windows Live
Photo Gallery uploads to the wrong folder, is a known issue. We have
reproduced the problem here at Microsoft. We are investigating what causes
the problem and ways to fix the problem. It is a rather nasty problem since
as far as we know right now the users can't do anything to work around the
problem. I will post an update here if we have any news to report.
Steve is seeing a different problem and there are people here looking into
it.
