Windows Live OneCare will provide a full 2 way firewall, while the firewall in
Vista is configured as inbound protection only.
OneCare includes antivirus as well as the protection afforded by the standard
Windows Defender.
Backup in Vista business is superior to OneCare backup in that you can do a full
image backup and perform a "bare metal" restore in the event of a failure, while
OneCare backup is more like the standard backup in the Vista Home versions,
though a bit more configurable.
It provides some monitoring of system settings and automatically schedules some
of the tools already in Vista such as cleanup, defrag, and a check of Windows
Updates for critical and important updates that have not yet been offered via
Automatic Updates.
With more than one PC on a subscription, you gain some additional functionality
in the ability to define a hub for monitoring the status of OneCare on the other
PCs, among other things.
It is available for a 90 day free trial so you can check it out for yourself, if
desired and remove it if it isn't to your liking.
