Hi Barry,
I seen that too for after the SP1 is instaled. The file is for this located at:
"C:\Windows\System32\recdisc.exe"
I do not believe it will work in the Vista 64 bit version, only the 32 bit Vista. As Ronnie posted, you can download the same thing you would create for 32 bit Vista below already made. You would just need to burn it to a blank DVD.
