This stupid issue pissed me off recently and i tried many diff things.

Anyway, the least mentioned about method worked for me, so give it a try.

Restart your router/modem.
Software restart worked for me, but also try pull-the-plug and re-plug routine, if software fails.
And restart the computer (if you havn't already done so a dozen times)
