Yes. This is the default configuration and it works in most cases. I know
Konica Minolta has some drivers that write to the system temp directory
instead of the user temp directory so the work around is to disable UAC
until the new driver is ready. Other vendor may have the same security
requirements. I remember HP had a laptop configuration that locked out some
directories that prevented printing but I don't recall the laptop model.
