I have the same problem here with Vista Business. If I have a look in
the registry, at
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
|_ SOFTWARE
|__ Microsoft
|___ Windows NT
|____ CurrentVersion
|_____ Time Zones
there is only one value:
Name = default
Type = Reg_SZ
Data = (value not set)
That's all. Any helpfull ideas?
