Thanks for the advice. I downloaded every update and or service pack for
Office 2007 and/or Outlook 2007 from the MSN Office website. Nothing has
worked. I still get the same error message.
The Technician from Dell suggested that I reinstall the entire Vista
Business operating system back to the factory installation level. That
certainly seems a bit extreem as a way to get Office Outlook 2007 to
initialize and run.
