Re: Free anti virus program for RC1 The problem with AVG is not really UAC, but the Windows Defender is blocking
this program on autostart.And even manually allowing it does not help.
The same as to AVG is happening to Avira Antivir, which here in germany is
the number one free virus-scanner.
The last Avast Home and Norton AntiVirus also not working by some other
misbehaviour and so on..
there is really something wrong with the Antivirus-program-support in this
Vista-Version.
It is a rumour going on that Microsoft has set some virus-programs on the
blacklist by accident.
