Welcome to Vista Forums.
You will need to install the webcam driver first, then plug in the webcam. You can get the 32 bit Vista driver for the
VC0303 here:
Vimicro Products
After the webcam and driver is installed, you will need need to run the
Audio and video setup in Windows Live Messenger (WLM). In WLM, click on the
Show menu icon next to paint brush icon,
Tools, then
Audio and video setup.
