Hi Steve,

Yes you can with Vista's Disk Management. You will lose whatever is on the E drive though, so be sure to backup anything you do not want to lose first. You will not lose anything on the C: drive, so it will be safe to backup the E drive there if you like. This tutorial will show you how to do this step by step.

WARNING:
If this is a "Recovery Partition", then be sure that you have a Vista Recovery DVD or Installation DVD first. Otherwise you will not be able to reinstall Vista again using that E: partition.
