What's the fault information for this crash according to the Problem Reports
and Solutions Center control panel?

It's extremely unlikely that Microsoft would ever be able to fix every cause
of induced crashes on your system without simply locking the system down so
you can't plug anything at all in. While Explorer itself goes through
massive testing (and when errors slip through, QFEs and that sort of thing
cover the failures), it's easily possible for third parties to plug into
Explorer, and most of those don't have the kajillion hours of testing that
Explorer gets before it ships. =(
