What's the fault information for those crashes according to the Problem
Reports
and Solutions Center control panel?

will help you look that up if you don't know how.

If a response is available for your crash, you'll get a response upon Check
for Solutions. Otherwise, the error gets compiled and queued for analysis
when submitted.

I pretty regularly help resolve these issues - they certainly do get looked
into.
