Ah. The issue being that someone else is trying to access your account -
possibly accidental if jscc is indeed your LiveID. A typo can make someone think
they forgot their own password.
If you ignore the change request, it doesn't go through and they can't access
your account. On the other hand, they may keep trying. I contacted LiveID
support for the very same issue in the past and was informed that they cannot
tell me where the request originated and that I should simply ignore the request
since I didn't make it.
If you don't have a secret question/answer set up and an alternate email
address, be sure to do that as these will help you recover your account should
the other party ever manage to gain access to your account.
