Yes, I just noticed that myself thanks to your post. That option has been removed from the tutorial. Using the
Vista Shortcut Manager program instead will work without messing anything up.
Shortcut Arrow
You can restore the Game shortcuts by restoring the shortcut arrows again as
TDSmoove posted, or delete the ones you have and recreate new shortcuts. Afterwards, you can use the program to change them how you like without problems.
