Thank you for the reply, but 1. Your suggestion does not reduce the size of
the presentation if for example you want the information from a CD in Excel
and 2 the size on the desktop cannot be reduced below 100%, which is too
large for me.

I cannot understand why my old PC with the same OS has a very elegant size,
whilst on the new one I have a much larger size of presentation.

Any idea how I can reduce the size of emails in Mail?
