Thank you and the others for the replies. Your link provided the perfect
solution. I use both computers on the same HP w22 flat screen monitor (how
do I find whether it is CRT or LCD?) with Duette switchover gear and could
not understand why there was a difference in presentation of reading matter
between one and the other.
Using your link I checked the setting on my old computer and found that they
differed widely on the new one. After making them both the same I now find
that the presentation on the new computer is exactly the same as on the old
one. Thank you again!
