OneCare adds a layer to the check for updates done by Windows. Automatic Updates
for Windows are not deployed to everyone at the same time. What you are seeing
is that a PC that has not been offered a released critical update had a Tune-up
happen in OneCare. As part of Tune-up, OneCare check the Windows Update catalog
and warns if something has been found that was not yet offered. The tray icon
will be yellow in this situation, not red.
It *is* an extra added bit of security and can't be configured by you.
