I don't mean to cause offence but you might want to read his post carefully before replying, his problem is with poor internal sata and e-sata device speeds, a common problem in vista as far as I can tell.
My suggestion is to check your BIOS setting also and make sure they are set to a sata mode and not p-ata compatability. (AHCI not IDE) |
