There is no certain way yet to slipstrea, the Vista SP1. The closest thing to it is with the vLite 1.1.6 beta 2 here:

The instructions are for nlite, but are the same for vLite. You will just need to substitute Vista for XP, ETC....
Use the automated way steps 1 to 4 for the Beginning User at the top right corner.

It has worked for some and not for others. This is why it's still in beta. You may get lucky.
