Solution "Logon process has failed to create the security options dialog"
Hello every one.
I am really Happy. I finally find the solution to our problem.
Here it is the Solution to "Logon process has failed to create the security options dialog"
The problem comes form Windows Defender. Windows Vista have installed this firewall by defect. We get this error when Windows defender is expired, that's why is a problem with the security options.
If the first think that you do after restart Windows (before it locks again) is open the windows defender (you can find the icon in the right bottom with a yellow !), there you can see that is expired.
First of all, go to Tools --> Options and desactive Automatic scanning. Then in Default actions(down), every thing Ignore. Now your computer is going to work slow (because the Real-Time protection is On), but at least is working if you are carefully. Let the computer think.
Now, come back Home(up), and there you have the options to unload new version. But, an other problem. We do not have Windows validated, so Windows Defender just tell us that it can not download the new software. Do not worry, Teresa have an other solution:

an follow all the steps. Is free. After upload the software you are not going to be able to install it, but at least you have registrated your Windows, so, if you comeback to Windows defender, now you are going to be able to upload the new version.
Now every thing should work correctly
