permanent removal of sound scheme
I want to permanently set my Vista sound scheme to "no sounds", however some program keeps modifing my "no sounds" setting to "no sounds (modified)". I suspect there must be some registry setting that I can make to dis-allow unauthorized modifications to my "no sounds" scheme. Any clues?
