A couple of comments.
1) the drive should be at least 1.5 gig. you need at least one gig volume
to do backup so the 1.5 inlcudes some buffer.
Plus you need around 350-400 meg free if you ever want to upgrade or start
Windows Vista or Windows Server 2008 setup from within Windows. You will
be blocked from running setup unless there is that much free space.
2) In addition to the boot files, you need to reset the boot sector, to be
able to boot. ( Repair process should work here is all the files are in
place and you have set the partition as the active boot partition)
3) you need to be sure to set the partition with the boot files as the
active primary partition.

- Since you have the knowledge, please answer these questions.
i'm a bit confuse because I though the Boot Files where pn first Partition of my DIC0 but the only file there is one named BOOT.BAT, There is no NTLDR file or BOOT.INI
- How do I reset (Repair) the BOOT sector once I moved all BOOT file to my USB Stick Memory, started Vista, re-partition and reduce to 2GB the partition I wanted to have the BOOT file and sector?
