Meanwhile I found out that this is a Vista-bug. It already exists more than a year and nothing has been done about it!

Then when I went to outlook and opened a tif file, it was showing properly. You can then print it or send it to a pdf converter for easier use. (cutepdf.com) is FREE! I hope this helps.
