No, WLPG doesn't have a 'straighten' facility. It's been requested many
times and if you add your voice to the MS feedback page, it may get
incorporated in a future release.
Meanwhile, you may want to install IrfanView. It is a superb and
incredibly speedy image viewer for many more filetypes than WLPG copes
with. However, the interface is nowhere near as good as WLPG otherwise
everyone would be using that instead!
The point is, though, that you can very easily use IrfanView to do your
straightening. Once you've installed IrfanView, WLPG will notice that
it's there and list it on the "Open" menu. Then all you do is when you
want a picture straightening is to go Open> IrfanView, Ctrl-U, 2, <Enter>,
Ctrl-S and you're back in WLPG with a straightened image.
If your guess of 2 degrees wasn't correct, before you hit Ctrl-S in
IrfanView, simply undo the straightening and try again by going Ctrl-Z,
Ctrl-U, 3, <enter>
It's fast and it's convenient.
