I had the same problem. Reloaded the pc, updated the video drivers,
critical updates, etc... then I formatted the hard drive and loaded
from scratch. Save yourself some trouble. The Nvidia 7900 gs Video
card was bad. Dell replaced the card and it is running fine now.
