You can't disable Tune-up, but you can turn off the cleanup feature in OneCare.
Open OneCare, click change settings, Tune-up tab. Make sure that clean up
unnecessary files is not checked. If you view the Tune-up report when it is
completed, you'll see a yellow warning that this is off, but it won't change
your OneCare status and all will be well.
