OneCare and WHS are aware of each other - minimally. You will be advised to turn
off OneCare backup and use the WHS backup.
Since WHS doesn't provide the rest of the OneCare functions, having backup
turned on would be the only redundant item. I use WHS for my backups, by the
way. :-) And backup in OneCare is turned off by me along with file cleanup.
